Not pesticides or fertilizers are used in growing the herbs. Our main products are Lugol's Iodine, Black Salves, Bloodroot internal products and the Old Amish Dewormer line. These products have the highest herbal concentrations available. The black salves are an example. There are two ways to make an eschar black salve; one is to increase the zinc chloride to where it actually burns the skin, or two, increase the amount of herbs. We choose the latter, increase the herbs. Before our formula, the strongest salve had 1 cup of each of the herbs and 40-60% zinc chloride, these salves burn the skin and down right hurts. Our salves have over 1 1/2 cups of herbs and have 8-10% zinc in our bloodroot paste, 15-20% in our Bla-Can salve, 20-25% in our Bla-Cancema and 25-30% in our Deep tissue.
